ABSTRACT:
Disclosed is a silver halide photographic light-sensitive material for laser beam scanning use, comprising a support and a silver halide emulsion layer on one side of said support, which layer having a silver coating weight of not more than 3.5 g/m.sup.2, and at least one polymer matting agent on the one side of the silver halide emulsion layer, wherein the silver halide emulsion layer comprises chemically unripened silver halide grains having an average grain diameter of 0.8 .mu.m to 2.0 .mu.m and chemically ripened silver halide grains having an average grain diameter of 0.1 .mu.m to 0.6 .mu.m in a ratio of 30:70 to 5:95.
