ABSTRACT:
A silver halide photographic light-sensitive material comprising a support having thereon at least one silver halide emulsion layer, with the photographic light-sensitive material having a hydrophilic organic colloid layer containing a dispersion of a scarcely water-soluble photographic additive dissolved in an aromatic ester represented by the following general formula (I): ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 represents an alkyl group, an alkoxy group, an acyloxy group, an aryloxy group, an alkoxycarbonyl group or a halogen atom; R.sub.2 represents a cyclic saturated hydrocarbon group; m represents an integer of 0 to 5; n represents an integer of 1 to 6; and when m and n each represents an integer of 2 or more, the substituents represented by R.sub.1 or R.sub.2 can be the same or different.
