ABSTRACT:
Disclosed is a silver halide photographic light-sensitive material having a layer containing a compound of the following formula and a fluorine compound, and has a gamma of 5.0 or more for the optical density range of 0.3 to 3.0:wherein R1is alkyl or alkenyl, R2are H, alkyl, alkenyl, aralkyl or aryl, l1is 1–10, m1is 1–30, n1is 0–4, a is 0 or 1, and Z1is OSO3M or SO3M where M is cation.
