ABSTRACT:
A silver halide photographic material, suitable for exposure using Helium/Neon laser or light-emitting diode, contains silver bromide grains capable of forming a surface-latent image, a binder, a dot quality-promoting amount of at least one compound of the Formula I, and an effective amount for sensitizing said grains in the red region of the spectrum only one optical sensitizer compound of the Formula II: ##STR1## wherein all the symbols are as defined in the specification.
