ABSTRACT:
A silver halide light-sensitive photographic material is disclosed. The photographic material comprises a support and a blue-sensitive silver halide emulsion layer. The blue sensitive emulsion layer comprises a mixture of at least two kinds of silver halide emulsions each comprises silver chloride grains or silver chlorobromide grains containing not less than 90 mol % of silver chloride and are sensitized with a blue-sensitizing dye and have an average grain size of from 0.6 .mu.m to 0.9 .mu.m in terms of diameter of spherical grain. The average grain sizes of the two kinds of the emulsions are different from each other in the average grain size by 0.05 .mu.m or more. The coating amount of the blue-sensitizing dye contained in the blue-sensitive emulsion layer is not more than 7.0.times.10.sup.-4 g/m.sup.2.
