ABSTRACT:
There is disclosed a silver halide color light-sensitive material, which comprises a coupler of the formula (1), (2), or (3) in at least one layer on a base: ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 is a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, or a substituent, R.sub.2 is a group of formula (4), R.sub.3 and R.sub.4 each are a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, or a substituent, with the proviso that at least one of R.sub.3 and R.sub.4 is a group of the formula (4), R.sub.5 and R.sub.6 each are an alkyl group, an amino group, a carbonamido group, an alkoxycarbonylamino group, a sulfonamido group, and the like, R.sub.7 represents a group capable of substitution on a benzene ring; n is an integer of 0 to 3. This light-sensitive material can give a magenta image excellent in discrimination, and it is excellent in preservability before and after processing.
