ABSTRACT:
A process for preparing a cationically photopolymerizable siloxane oligomer, that includes: combining a platinum group catalyst, a hydrosiloxane compound selected fromand a vinyl or allyl compound comprising a cationically photopolymerizable functionality; and then contacting the product with oxygen in the presence of the catalyst to form the cationically photopolymerizable multifunctional siloxane oligomer. R1and R3are independently fluoroethyl, methyl or phenyl.
