ABSTRACT:
A silicone resin fine powder containing a quaternary ammonium group-containing organofunctional group and having excellent physiological activity, hydrophilicity and polarity, which comprises units represented by RSiO.sub.3/2 wherein R represents a substituted or unsubstituted monovalent hydrocarbon group, and additionally at least one of units represented by SiO.sub.2 and units represented by RSiO wherein R is the same as defined above.
