ABSTRACT:
A silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive release laminate having a support coated on at least one side with a silicone release layer, and over the release layer, a pressure-sensitive silicone adhesive. The release force required to separate the adhesive from the release layer is less than about 200 grams per inch, and preferably less than 100 grams. The release layer is a silicone release polymer having a high degree of cross-linking formed from at least one prepolymer having a viscosity below about 1000 centipoises at 25.degree. C.
