ABSTRACT:
An emulsion comprising an oily phase dispersed in an aqueous phase with the aid of a silicone emulsifying agent, the oily phase comprising at least 50% by weight of silicone oil and the aqueous phase containing at least one polyol in a quantity which imparts a water activity value to the emulsion of .ltoreq.0.85.
