ABSTRACT:
A shoe sole of the present invention includes a first member10including a first deformable portion11, and a second member20including a second deformable portion21. In a non-worn state, a first lower surface10dof the first deformable portion11and a second upper surface20uof the second deformable portion21are substantially spaced apart from each other in a vertical direction. Under a first load, the first deformable portion11deflects downward, whereby the first lower surface10dcan approach the second upper surface20uuntil the first lower surface10dcontacts the second upper surface20u. Under a second load, the deformable portions11and21both deflect downward with the engagement elements12and22of the deformable portions11and21engaging with each other.
