ABSTRACT:
An improved shirt pressing device for gripping both short and long-sleeved shirts. A buck having a pair of retractable arms for receiving a shirt is mounted on a base. A sleeve gripping member is provided on each retractable arm to grip the sleeve of the shirt to be pressed. Each sleeve gripping member includes a pair of clamping members for holding the cuff of a long-sleeved shirt against a cuff mount. A pair of sleeve engagement bars attached to the clamping members are adapted to grip the inside of the sleeve of a short-sleeved shirt. Thus, the retractable arms are configured to receive and hold the sleeves of both short and long-sleeved shirts.
