ABSTRACT:
A point of purchase display assembly comprising a pair of generally vertical support walls spaced laterally apart from one another, a plurality of generally rectangular merchandise supporting racks arranged to hang downwardly from said walls and in shingled relationship with one another. Each of the racks has an upper end, means pivotally mounting the upper end to and between the support walls for permitting swinging of the racks between a lower display and an upper generally horizontal loading position for racks located beneath the generally horizontally disposed racks, and other means on the walls and engageable by the rack to hold the latter in the upper position.
