A shielded flat cable10is produced by folding a structure11on itself at P, the structure having an upper insulating film12, a plurality of conducting tracks14and a lower insulating film13. The plurality of conducting tracks14include a track15to be protected surrounded by at least four shielding tracks16, 17. The folded shape thus formed is maintained by connection elements18of the various shielding tracks16, 17.
