ABSTRACT:
A cutting tool for cutting the outer shells of shellfish such as crabs, shrimp, and the like. The tool includes an elongated handle and one or more longitudinally-outwardly-extending ends that include V-shaped openings. The openings include inner, angularly-opposed cutting edges, and the bisector of the angle defined by the cutting edges extends in a generally perpendicular direction relative to the handle longitudinal axis.
