ABSTRACT:
A serial data decoder which is party-line compatible having a word verifiion circuit to enable the decoder when a word addressed to the decoder is received. A data word is received and shifted into a data memory where it is compared with a prior word. After n consecutive identical words are received a decode logic circuit is enabled to produce an output event. The output event is inhibited should any of the bits of the word being decoded be scrambled by a noise pulse.
