ABSTRACT:
In a semiconductor integrated circuit device having a functional cell in which devices constituting a logic circuit of a current mode logic (CML) type are arranged, an input signal and an output signal are complementary signals to each other, and the functional cell is formed into a cross shape so that the devices are arranged so as to be symmetrical in rotation at every 90.degree. for a center point.
