ABSTRACT:
A package includes a plurality of processors101-104as processing elements. One of the processing elements is selected as a switcher110and the switcher is located at the center of the package. Each of the processors101-104includes a corresponding network interface111-114which has communication function, and each network interface111-114is connected to the switcher110. Thus constructed packages are laminated and the switchers110of the packages are connected to each other via a router115and an extra communication port120to produce a system LSI.
