ABSTRACT:
A self exited frequency generator including a parallel resonant circuit with the inductive portion of the resonant circuit comprising a high frequency current transformer in which, in order to match the load with the oscillator tube a slidable ferrite core is inserted into the interior of the primary coil of the high frequency current transformer thereby alleviating the need for adjustable taps on the primary coil.
