ABSTRACT:
Within a wireless network, feedback information is used to determine channel quality. A node in the network receives a configuration message indicating at least a first type of feedback information and a subset S1, wherein S1is a subset of S0, and wherein the set S0comprises all possible values of the first type of feedback information. The node selects an element E1from the set S1and transmits the selected element E1in a feedback transmission instance.
