ABSTRACT:
This process selectively isomerizes the double-bonds of linear olefins without isomerizing the double-bonds of branched olefins. The process is carried out by contacting a mixture of linear olefins and branched olefins at a temperature ranging from about -10.degree. C. to about 250.degree. C. with a zeolite having an alkali metal deposited thereon.
