ABSTRACT:
A security device is disclosed and is designed to allow articles secured by the device to be manipulated while remaining effectively secured. The device is particularly useful for securing articles of clothing which are required to be available for examination and trying on but which must be effectively secured to prevent theft. The device includes a plurality of flexible elongate elements each adapted to retain at least one article to be secured and an anchor member for the elements. The elements are releasably secured in an elongate slot in the anchor member and a lock is provided for preventing unauthorized release of the flexible elements.
