ABSTRACT:
A seat for a child1includes a seat portion10on which a child can sit, and a pair of armrests30disposed on right and left sides of the seat portion10, each armrest30having a relatively larger thickness. Each of the armrest30has a body member32and an upper half member33.The upper half member33is attached to the body member32through hinge mechanisms35and36, such that the upper half member33can be pivoted outward. The pivotable upper half member31can be moved outward relative to the hinge mechanisms35and36.An upper surface31aof the pivoted upper half member31of the armrest30and an upper surface32aof the body member32of the armrest30are flush with each other.
