ABSTRACT:
A device in a seat belt buckle for motivating and deenergizing electrical circuitry for activating and deactivating a force suppression device which acts in a seat belt retractor. The device includes both fixed and movable contacts and linkage structure which is activated and deactivated by activation of push-button structure on the buckle.
