ABSTRACT:
Disclosed is a sealing mechanism for a convertible top of a vehicle, which comprises a sealing cloth27disposed inside a lateral edge of a side zone22of a top fabric9in such a manner as to be gradually inclined toward the laterally inward side of the convertible top, as going from a front side to a rear side in a deployment direction of the convertible top3. The sealing cloth27is designed to be brought into contact with a weather strip41in a deployed position. The sealing mechanism of the present invention can ensure high-level sealing between the top fabric and a top frame in a lateral edge of the convertible top.
