ABSTRACT:
A sealed terminal of invention is used for a metal vessel containing water and has improved characteristics such as anticorrosive characteristics, water sealing characteristic and high mechanical strength and insulating characteristic. A terminal conductor of an auxiliary anode is seal-bonded in a terminal opening of the metal vessel with an insulator comprising mica and glassy material and which is softened at a temperature lower than about 900.degree. C. and is plastic deformable under compression.
