ABSTRACT:
Sealed relays often contain organic matter which reduce the conductivity of the electrical contacts. The invention is a sealed relay with a catalytic metal (Pd, Pt, Ni, Rh, Ir, Co, Fe, Os and Ru) on a rubbing surface which polymerizes the organic matter into a solid polymer that does not interfere with the electrical contacts.
