ABSTRACT:
In a sealant-incorporated tire including a loop-shaped sealant chamber filled with a sealant5and defined between a tire body1and an inner liner8by superposing and adhering the inner liner8onto an inner surface of the tire body1, a sealant charging bore8ais formed in the inner liner8, and the sealant7is charged into the sealant chamber6through the sealant charging bore8a. Then, air present in the sealant chamber6is discharged by evacuation and thereafter, a crude rubber sheet74is adhered in a state in which the periphery of the sealant charging bore8ahas been clamped, thereby closing the sealant charging bore8a. Thus, it is possible to charge the sealant7in a short time, and also to prevent heat generated during vulcanization and formation of the tire from being applied to the sealant7, thereby preventing the deterioration of the sealant5.
