A seal structure is disclosed as mounted in a coupling1, exposed in the vicinity of a stationary member14, with a dust cover15being mounted to a cylindrical member19for preventing foreign material from entering a gap between the coupling1and the stationary member14, and a seal member17is disposed at a position opposed to the dust cover on the stationary member14, with a seal portion123of the seal17being held in sliding contact with the dust cover15.
