ABSTRACT:
The cell cup of a primary element has a turned-over (crimped) rim engaging the underside of a synthetic plastic sealing member. The cell rim is turned over to between 140.degree. and 190.degree. and is engaged by the underside of the sealing member to the extent of 50 to 100.degree.. The end of the crimped rim abuts against a protrusion from the sealing member.
