ABSTRACT:
A screening assembly10includes at least one rail14to be secured to a support member of a screening machine. At least one locating formation16extends from an operatively upper surface of the rail14. Each locating formation16includes a catch member32. The assembly10further includes a plurality of screening modules12, each screening module12having an end supported on the rail14. A pair of modules12lie in end-to-end abutting relationship with the abutting ends overlying the rail14so that the catch member32of each locating formation16protrudes beyond an upper surface of the screening modules12. Further, a locking member18engages the catch member32of the locating formation16for locking the pair of modules12with respect to each other and with respect to the rail14.
