ABSTRACT:
A screening panel10comprises a peripheral frame12consisting of a pair of mutually laterally spaced side members14, 16, which are integral with a pair of mutually axially spaced end members18, 20. The side members14, 16and end members18, 20define corners of the panel22.1, 22.2, 22.3and22.4and the peripheral frame12where they meet. A plurality of mutually spaced ribs15extend across the periphery of the panel10to define a screening surface. The side members and end members are rectangular in cross-section, thereby defining substantially flat upper peripheral surfaces12.1, outer peripheral surface12.2and lower peripheral surface12.3of the peripheral frame12and thus also the panel10. The panel10includes locating recesses24provided at or near to the corners22.1, 22.2, 22.3and22.4of the panel10. The panel10also has separate securing recesses in the form of semi-circular grooves30formed in the lower surface12.3of the panel10, around the locating recess24and concentrically therewith.
