ABSTRACT:
It is an object of the present invention to provide a screen apparatus having a function of dilute water which is suitable for a centripetal type screen which rotates inside the screen. A screen apparatus A comprises a tank1for receiving paper raw materials including an entrance1cfor the paper raw materials, a selection exit1dand a foreign matter exit1e, a cylindrical screen2fixed in the tank1and dividing the tank1into a primary chamber1aand a secondary chamber1b, and a stirring member3which is rotatably supported inside the screen2for stirring the paper raw materials. The entrance1cfor the paper raw materials and the foreign matter exit1eface the primary chamber1a, and the selection exit1dfaces the secondary chamber1b, the screen2has a member R including an opening X facing the primary chamber1aand the secondary chamber1b, a water supply passage member6passes through the tank1, the water supply passage member6includes a water supply passage6awhich is in communication with the opening X facing the secondary chamber1band which supplies water into the primary chamber1a.
