ABSTRACT:
This invention relates to an improved method for conducting scintigraphy to monitor of immunotoxins under clinical conditions. The improvement relates to the use of heterobifunctional chelators to bind radionuclides exclusively to the cytotoxic moiety of an immunotoxin.
