ABSTRACT:
A glass ceramics having a chemical composition of aRO.bNb2.O5.cSiO2.dB2O3.eTeO2.fX (where R represents Ba and/or Sr, X represents one or more oxide selected from the group consisting of TiO2, ZrO2, P2O5and ZnO, a>b≧0.05, 0.60≧c≧0, 0.70≧d≧0, 0.70≧e≧0, c+d+e≧0.175, a+b+c+d+e=1.0 and 0.10≧f≧0). The ratio dielectric constant at 1 kHz ε1to dielectric constant at 100 kHz ε100(ε1/ε100) is 10 or more.
