A sample handling plate1has wells4on the side of the surface1athereof, and lightening portions6on the side of the reverse1bthereof, each of the wells4substantially having the same shape and volume as those of each of the lightening portions6so that the amount of shrinkage on the side of the surface1ais equal to that on the side of the reverse1bduring cooling after the injection molding.
