ABSTRACT:
The present invention relates to the field of vaccination againstSalmonellain animals, particularly avian animals. The present invention also encompasses kits and uses ofSalmonellaimmunogenic compositions or vaccines. The present invention further relates to methods and compositions comprising at least one primo-administration of an attenuated immunogenic composition or vaccine, comprising a pharmaceutically or veterinarily acceptable excipient, diluent or vehicle and at least one attenuatedSalmonella, administered to an avian animal before at least one boost-administration of an inactivated immunogenic composition or vaccine, comprising a pharmaceutically or veterinarily acceptable excipient, diluent or vehicle, and at least one inactivatedSalmonella.
