ABSTRACT:
The system for safety control utilizes an anchoring device including mounting structure at one end for mounting the device removably on a corner fitting of a container by engagement in any one of the several apertures of the corner fitting, and structure at the other end for supporting safety control equipment such as ladders, stages, lights, fire hoses, lifelines, and so forth.
