A saddle-ride type vehicle eliminates the input of disturbances to a throttle body upon opening/closing of a vehicle seat, and is capable of reliably protecting an injector. An air cleaner18is disposed on the rear side of an engine5,a fuel tank22is disposed above the engine5,and a seat23is disposed on the rear side of the fuel tank22such that the seat23can be opened or closed. A throttle body17having an injector17ais disposed in a space below the seat23and between the engine5and the air cleaner18.A protector cover80covers the throttle body17from the upper side.
