ABSTRACT:
An anisotropically electroconductive rubbery membrane having good adhesiveness can be obtained from a composition comprising: (a) 100 parts by volume of a rubbery fluorocarbon polymer capable of being crosslinked with an organic peroxide compounded with from 0.1 to 30% by weight of an organosilicon compound having, in a molecule, at least one epoxy group, e.g., 3-glycidyloxypropyl trimethoxy silane, to form a continuum of matrix phase; and (b) from 1 to 30 parts by volume of electroconductive particles uniformly dispersed in the matrix phase.
