ABSTRACT:
A windmill10includes a frame11and a rotor12provided rotatively around the vertical shaft center. The rotor includes bosses23, 24located above and below, plural transversal blades25extending radially from the bosses, longitudinal blades26held by the front edges of the transversal blades25of both above and below bosses. The frame includes bearing19, 20supporting the bosses23, 24of the rotor rotatively around the vertical shaft center, spokes17provided radially supporting the bearing, and legs15holding the spoke17away from the ground. In the lower bearing20, a generator connected to the boss24of the rotor12is accommodated.
