ABSTRACT:
A portable exercise device is provided for specific strength training of the rotator cuff. A cylindrical spool member is provided with a handle across its diameter. A length of rubber exercise tubing is fixed tangentially to one point of the spool, with the other end attachable to a fixed point on an inertial resistance, allowing the user to grip the handle and rotate or move the spool against a continuous resistance for muscle development.
