ABSTRACT:
The present invention is a method of rotationally molding an article having a layer made of polyamide composition. The method comprises the steps of melt blending a polyamide composition comprising the polyamide and a copolymer comprising units derived from an alpha-olefin of the formula RCH.dbd.CH.sub.2 where R is H or an alkyl having from 1 to 8 carbon atoms and from 0.2 to 25 mole percent based on the alpha-olefin-acid copolymer of an alpha, beta-ethylenically unsaturated carboxylic acid having from 3 to 8 carbon atoms. The copolymer has from 10% to 90% of the carboxylic groups neutralized by metal ions. The melt blended composition is formed into particles, including pellets and powder, suitable for rotational molding. The particles are rotationally molded to form an article.
