ABSTRACT:
Rotatable lifting surface devices, such as propellers, impellers, and turbines, and blades for such devices use camber profiles and pitch distributions to obtain performance from flexible devices and blades, made from materials like polymers and polymer-composites and even metals, that is substantially the same as the performance of stiff devices and blades, usually made from materials like steel and aluminum.
