ABSTRACT:
In order to provide an effective technique in simplifying the vibration-proof structure of a handle equipped in a rotary power tool, a representative rotary power tool101is provided with a tool body103, a rotary-disk shaped tool bit115, a handle109, a pivot region121and an elastic element129. The handle109coupled to the tool body103is disposed in a predetermined initial position in which the handle109longitudinally extends parallel to the longitudinal direction of the tool body103. The handle109can rotate with respect to the tool body103around the pivot region121in any direction crossing the longitudinal direction of the tool body103. The elastic element129is disposed between the tool body103and the handle109to apply a biasing force to the handle109such that the elastic element129biases the handle109to return to the initial position.
