ABSTRACT:
A rotary harrow has soil-working members mounted in a row and each of the members includes an upwardly extending shaft with a single tine that is spaced from the shaft. The tine or tines of adjacent soil-working members are offset from one another by substantially 180.degree. about their corresponding shafts so that when a first tine is positioned as far forward as possible and a second tine of an adjacent soil-working member is positioned as far rearwardly as possible, fouling is prevented.
