In a rotary brush wherein the surface of a rotating basic shaft has mounted thereto at least one flexible blade, the surface of the blade made of rubber or a thermoplastic elastomer as its base material and which stands face to face with a surface to be cleaned is covered with a plastic material having wear resistance and slipperiness.
