ABSTRACT:
A rotary bearing assembly which comprises a cup-like cylindrical cell member A, a shaft member G having an end adapted to engage with the bottom of the cylindrical cell member to support thrust loads applied from the outside and a groove for receiving a ring F which supports thrust loads applied from the inside, a bearing member B fitted between the shaft member and the cylindrical cell member, a two-piece split sleeve C interposed between the shaft member and the cylindrical cell member, the split sleeve being injection-molded or pressed into a desired shape, a two-piece split sealing element E, and an annular slipping-off-preventive member D which also serves for sealing purposes, there being formed in the interior a lubricating oil reservoir LC and a sealing chamber SC.
