ABSTRACT:
Hydroxy terminated polybutadiene is reacted with naphtyl-potassium and 1-mo-2,4-pentadiene in successive steps to form a bis(1,3-pentadienyl ether) derivative. Then the bismaleimide of dimer diamine is added to the polybutadiene derivative whereby a room temperature cure to an elastomer is achieved.
