A rocker joint for a chain has a crescent shaped aperture. The rocker joint includes a pair of rocker pins. Each rocker pin has a circular arc rocker surface, a circular arc seat surface and a pair of side surfaces. The aperture is bounded by a circular arc support surface and a seat surface.
